Gallstones can lead to biliary colic, acute cholecystitis, pancreatitis or bile duct obstruction in some patients.

Appendicitis is inflammation of the appendix and is one of the common causes of acute abdominal pain requiring surgical evaluation. If untreated, the appendix can perforate and lead to infection within the abdomen, making timely medical assessment important.

Colorectal surgery focuses on conditions affecting the colon, rectum and anus. These may include benign disorders, inflammatory conditions, colorectal cancer and other diseases requiring surgical management.

Breast surgery includes procedures performed to diagnose or treat various breast conditions, ranging from benign breast lumps to breast cancer.

Surgical treatment is selected after a detailed assessment of the patient's symptoms, imaging and biopsy results where required.
